GDH LLC. COPYRIGHT DISPUTE POLICY

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

  1. Block access to or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted content that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users.
  2. Remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Your use of Tshirt at Low Price services is always subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporate this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any undefined terms in this policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.


Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that content residing on or accessible through our services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of), please submit a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material, including details about its location so that Tshirt at Low Price can find and verify its existence.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the identified material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Once we receive a valid bona fide infringement notification, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the content provider that their material has been removed or disabled.
  • Terminate the content provider’s access if they are a repeat offender.

Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement of good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in the Federal Court for your judicial district (or in any district where Tshirt at Low Price operates if outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept legal service from the original complainant.

If a counter-notice is received, Tshirt at Low Price may notify the complainant and restore the removed material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant files legal action.
