Refunds
At Global Drop Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are shipped accurately and on time. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchange policy, which applies for 30 days after your purchase date if you are dissatisfied for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is defective.
- The print quality is poor.
- The final product is significantly different from the image presented on the product page.
Replacements & Exchanges
We typically do not accept refunds due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors. However, we do support customers with replacements, with only a shipping and handling fee (handling fee varies based on product type such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).
We are happy to offer a refund or free replacement if:
- The product received is a different size or image from what was ordered on the website.
- The size chart on the website was incorrect.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us, and we will work on a solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Note: Please allow for a 20% color variation between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting conditions during photography or differences in monitor displays.
Most of the time, if there is an issue, we simply re-ship the item at our cost. Such occurrences are rare, but we want you to feel reassured that we are here to support you at all times.
Cancellations & Modifications
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it before we can process a refund.
Note: Cancellation or order modification requests involving promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for more details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times for refunds may vary).
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes
- Discount, promo, or coupon codes cannot be applied to prior, existing, or pending orders.
- Discounts cannot be converted into cash.
- Discount codes cannot be used together with other promotions.
